Santa Ana is named for the legendary Santa Ana Cabaret — once billed as the largest in the world — and the Art Deco glamour of a more romantic Manila.
Created by Bleeding Heart Spirits, the team behind the acclaimed Don Papa rum, it marries the classic backbone of gin with botanicals drawn from the Philippine landscape.
It is distilled in France's Charente region using partial-vacuum distillation — a cold technique that preserves the most delicate aromatics, like ylang-ylang and calamansi, without scorching them with heat.
