Italy gave the world every sauce
but this one.

Pasta sauce, pizza sauce, passata — but never, until now, a hot sauce of its own. Casa Firelli was built to fill the gap.

At its heart is the Calabrian chili — a southern-Italian pepper prized for fruity, rounded heat — blended with balsamic vinegar of Modena, roasted red peppers and porcini.

The promise is flavor-to-heat balance: savory, tangy and a little sweet, with a cumulative warmth that never overwhelms the palate. Created by Biggar & Leith's Elwyn Gladstone.
